​Show Information:

Three men wait in a stark train station waiting room, tickets in hand, for the most life-changing journey they’ll ever take.

 

They know where the train will take them, but not when it will arrive, or if they’re truly ready to board.

 

Conversation drifts from sandwiches to salt flats, memories of first kisses to fears of the future, as different versions of masculinity collide.

 

When a woman finally speaks, her voice re-frames the waiting room entirely…

Character Information:

SAM

Male, Playing Age Early 30s. café owner. Dressed in smart-casual attire, but not well, including a pointless hat and a pointlessly large luggage bag.

​NATHAN

Male, Playing Age late 40s to early 50s, zoologist. Dressed well in sharp clothing. Carries a small, modern, stylish suitcase and has the newest headphones.

​​

LEE

Male, Playing age mid to late 20s, occupation N/A. Dressed very casually and badly, but with a confident appearance. Carries a suitcase that is obviously his wife’s.

TRAIN/ ZUG

Male, Playing Age late 30s to early 40s, train conductor. Wears a modern white and grey uniform.
